It’s that time of year again – the mangoes are in season! I couldn’t let mango season pass me by without making a tasty, fresh summer salsa to top off my taco dinner. So here is a simple salsa to add a fresh kick to your next meal.

Simple Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
2 mangoes
2 tomatoes
1 bunch green onions
1 lime (2 if they’re very small)
pinch salt
Step 1: Chop up the mangoes, add to a bowl.
Step 2: Chop up the tomatoes, add to the bowl.
Step 3: Chop up the green onions, add to the bowl.
Step 4: Top the chopped fruit with the juice from 1 lime and a generous pinch of sea salt. Mix to combine.
Step 5: Let the mixture sit for 30-45 minutes to let some of the juice come out of the fruits.
Step 6: Stir and taste. Add more salt if necessary. Then, serve and enjoy!
